Need help with your order.
We try to ship most of our products by UPS, but some are to
heavy and have to be shipped by using different means. When ordering using our
purchase buttons on are ordering pages, you might experience a problem with the
shipping, it might say something like this, There
are no shipping services available to the destination you specified.

So what you have to do
is just go back and divide your order into smaller orders until it does calculate
your shipping cost, because
UPS can only accept certain sizes and weights. Your shipping cost will be higher
because of this, but not to worry, when you summit your order nothing is charged
to your Credit Card, it is only sent to us through a secured process, then we
adjust your cost and process your order. We try to find the cheapest way of
shipping, we will get in touch with you if we see a problem.
Another way to order is just simply call us with the toll free number (1- 866 - 529- 6877) or use our order forms and then we will calculate your order then contact you with the price. If you have a problem with our order forms just e-mail info@lawntracks.com and make sure you put ( lawntracks order request) in the subject box.
Errors /Returns/Damage- Please contact us about any errors or shortages in your order. Merchandise sent in error may be returned without prior authorization. No other returns are allowed. Report shipping damage to the delivery carrier.
